Exploring design principles and evaluation methods for conversational agents.
From a design perspective, the core of the problem of professional knowledge and accuracy lies in the difficulty of knowledge acquisition and integration. The professionalism and rapid update characteristics of medical knowledge make it difficult for dialogue agents to achieve real-time and accurate knowledge synchronization. In response to this, a multi-source authoritative knowledge fusion mechanism can be established to directly connect with professional medical databases (such as PubMed and UpToDate), and through automated knowledge extraction and updating technology, ensure that the information obtained by the agent is timely and accurate. At the same time, medical experts are introduced to participate in knowledge review and verification, and a "machine + expert" knowledge verification system is constructed to reduce the risk of erroneous suggestions.
